These are in person session at the chosen host’s house. Sessions can be run for 2 – 8 people and are held weekly.


Just like getting your roots done at the hairdresser to keep your hair looking good, or visiting the dentist to maintain oral health, you will need to continue working on your health goals once you achieve them. These sessions provide an opportunity to keep on track with existing health goals or to identify new goals toward even better health.
